Where are you located ?

Do you provide shipping labels for models/impressions to be send to your milling center?

No, all of our customers must mail their cases at their expense.

Are Haus products made in USA?

Yes, we are proud to fabricate our products at our Dallas Texas Facility.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer shipment to Canada and Mexico at this time.

What glazing paste do you recommend?

We recommend using Miyo stain and glaze.

Can I send you STL file of veneer for milling out of Emax?

Unfortunately, we are unable to mill veneers with the E.max material due to the high chance of the margins chipping during the milling process. We can however, mill veneers in zirconia. We recommend Haus ML Pro or ZirCAD Prime as an alternative.

What is white coloring?

White coloring is a block-out liquid that is applied to the inside of the crown when it is in green state.

The block-out liquid is generally used for anterior teeth to mask out a dark stump shade or abutment that may show through the crown.

My Account

What is my order number?

In your account page, you will see all of your order numbers.

Click on the order number to get an invoice, right-click and then click print to able to print the your invoice.

Can I change or update my address ?

Yes, in your account page you will find 'view address'. Click the edit button your address book entries.
